Bible Lesson: The tenth commandment deals with the need to be satisfied with what we have. There’s nothing wrong with ambition. It motivates us and is good for the advancement of our communities. Coveting, however, goes beyond ambition to create an unhealthy dissatisfaction with what we have and an inappropriate desire for what belongs to someone else. Coveting actually destroys ambition by making us think we deserve something without working for it or acquiring it appropriately. This printable scripture poster will help teach children that we are to be satisfied with what we have and find our true joy in the Lord.
