Bible Text:Â Acts 1:4-9; 2:1-47
Bible Lesson: Not many days after the resurrection and ascension, the Holy Spirit was sent just as Jesus promised. Peter preached and around 3,000 were saved. The coming of the Spirit transformed Peter into the earliest leader of the budding church. Like Peter, all believers need the Holy Spirit living in us to make us all God desires. In this word line up, six elements that were a part of the church’s beginning at Pentecost are highlighted, along with a seventh element that is revealed when the words are unscrambled. It is a Bible activity that is both educational and fun!
