Bible Story: Working As A Team

Bible Text: Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

Suggested Learning Outcome: For many families, Thanksgiving includes football. This fun football craft will help remind children that just as a football team must work together to win, Christians must also work together in the church to please the Lord.

Supplies List:

• Brown card stock
• White yarn
• Crayons
• Hole punch

Teacher Preparation: Pre-cut football shapes from the card stock and punch holes along the edge of the shape.

Instructions:

Step 1. Give children a card stock football and instruct them to draw center laces and the words, God’s Team # 1. (See image).

 

 

 

 

Step 2. Give kids a length of yarn and guide them in lacing the yarn through the holes (see image).
