Gabriel Told About Jesus Word Search

The Gospels of Luke and Matthew are the only two Gospels that tell us anything about Jesus’ birth. Each of these two books give us a unique perspective on the Christmas events and help us understand important things that took place. In Luke 1:26-38, we read about the Angel Gabriel’s visit to Mary, the young woman who would become the mother of Jesus. This divine encounter revealed to Mary that she would conceive and give birth to a child who would be the long-awaited Messiah. Mary was confused because she had never “been intimate with a man” (v. 34). Gabriel explained that Mary would conceive miraculously by the power of the Holy Spirit. This Gabriel Told About Jesus Word Search will underscore for kids the reality of the virgin conception and the truth that Jesus would become “the firstborn among many brothers” (Rom. 8:29).
