Simeon and Anna Puppets

When Joseph and Mary took their infant Jesus to the temple to dedicate Him to God, they met Simeon and Anna—two senior adults who knew who Jesus really was. They rejoiced in seeing Jesus and in what He would accomplish in and for God’s kingdom. This Bible activity provides puppets of the main characters and a temple background. It gives children and preschoolers an opportunity to act out the event recorded in Luke 2:21-39. What a wonderful way to learn the Bible story!
