Spot the Differences in Jesus Began the Church

The biblical story is incomplete without an understanding of the New Testament Church and its place in God’s plan. Soon after Jesus died, was raised from the dead, and ascended back to the Father, He sent His Spirit to fill His followers on the Day of Pentecost. He used Peter that day to preach the good news about Jesus and His Kingdom. Acts 2:41 tells us that 3,000 people responded positively to Peter’s message, and the church was born in a miraculous way on that special day. The Bible teaches that the church is the Bride of Christ. We are to love and support the church because Jesus loves the church and died for the church. This Spot the Differences in Jesus Began the Church activity will help children understand how Jesus began the church.
