Boaz

Boaz took the role of Kinsman/Redeemer to Ruth and became her husband after she lost hers. Boaz is an example of compassion and reminds us of the great Kinsman/Redeemer we later know as Jesus, the Messiah. It should also be noted that Ruth became an ancestor to that very Jesus. Ruth was a Moabite woman, but she became an important part of the Messiah's story and lineage! These activities are about Boaz and Ruth and their part in God's unfolding story.
