PrintJesus is God

This is a series of lessons that points to Jesus as the Son of God.Ā Helping kids understand that Jesus was much more than just a man or a great religious leader is extremely important. The divinity of Jesus is central to sound doctrine. All of these lessons address some aspect of Jesus’ person and will help highlight who he was (and is) as the Son of God. Jesus was (and is) God. This is a critical truth that your kids need to grasp at whatever level they may be in ways appropriate for their age. These lessons are available or are being written. Initially, this series will cover the following stories or events… Jesus Calmed the Storm, Nicodemus Visited Jesus, Jesus Ate With Zacchaeus, Jesus Healed a Royal Official’s Son, and Jesus Blessed the Children. More lessons that underscore the divinity of Jesus will be coming.

OT06L2 CroppedMoses

Moses is one of the most important characters in the entire Bible. Kids need to know about Moses and how God worked in his life. We have five Bible lessons and supporting activities that can help you teach the story of Moses.

Moses was divinely protected by God as a baby and later called by God to lead His people from slavery to Egypt. Moses’ confrontation with the Pharaoh and leadership of the Hebrew people in the Exodus and wilderness is dramatic stuff, but it can underscore for children that God desires to use anyone who will trust Him and obey Him. This is just one of the many important lessons that can be taught from the life of Moses.

The Good Samaritanā€”Bible Story Teaching PictureParables of Jesus

Jesus was a master storyteller. People of all ages, especially children, enjoy the beautiful parables he told as much now as people did when he walked the lands of Israel. You can find here a series of lessons on selected parables (or sermons) of Jesus. These lessons are available or are being written. Initially, this series will cover the parableĀ of the lost sheep, the parableĀ of the forgiving king, the lesson of God’s care for us, and the parable of the Good Samaritan. More will be coming in the future.

Jesus took familiar events, people, and traditions from the world in which his audience lived and turned them into fascinating stories that carried (and still carry) important lessons. Kids love stories and the parables of Jesus are memorable stories that children need to hear over and over as they grow and mature in their understanding of who God is and what He has done in Jesus Christ.
