The Bible is clear that Yahweh, the God of the Bible, is the Creator of all things. This simple truth is bedrock to the Christian faith. Indeed, God made the world and everything in it! This basic conviction will lay the foundation for other important convictions in the heart and mind of a child... God is the sovereign Lord over all things, including all people. God is the ONLY God there is. God is personal with preferences and desires. And, finally, God is involved in His creation. He is not a distant, uninterested god.
