God’s Unfolding Story for Toddlers
We are in the early stages of developing God’s Unfolding Story for Toddlers. At this point it’s too early to know when it will be completed, but our goal is to have it ready for release by October of 2023. We are currently thinking through foundational issues like…
- Articulating the educational and developmental philosophy undergirding the curriculum.
- Defining the scope and sequence for the curriculum.
- Planning the ongoing content that will support the curriculum well after the decision is made to use it.
Like all of the God’s Unfolding Story age group curriculum, God’s Unfolding Story for Toddlers will be completely free. If you have an interest in providing feedback or content that will help us as we develop the curriculum, please email us at [email protected]. We’d love to hear from you.
In the meanwhile, we would ask you to pray for us in this endeavor. As you may know, we published God’s Unfolding Story for Older Preschoolers a number of years ago. We just recently released God’s Unfolding Story for Babies. Once we have completed God’s Unfolding Story for Toddlers, we will redesign God’s Unfolding Story for Older Preschoolers so its graphic design is more consistent with the younger age groups.
The curriculum for toddlers will complete our planned offering of resources for preschoolers. Each age group curriculum (babies, toddlers, older preschoolers) will be created and crafted specifically for the target age group while also providing a seamless and strategic path of learning for all of these young children as they develop and mature from babies to new grade schoolers.
We genuinely believe that preschool ministry provides the greatest opportunity to lay a foundation of lifetime faith and discipleship in the church’s larger discipleship strategy. We’re excited about how God’s Unfolding Story for Toddlers will fit into that strategy.
