Lesson Description

The story of Esther is a beautiful story of romance, courage, and God’s sovereignty. As Queen, Esther found herself in a place of influence, but did she have the courage to use that influence? When God’s people were threatened, He used Esther’s position and her courage to save Israel and accomplish His purposes. We often have greater influence than we realize, but like Queen Esther, we need God’s courage to exercise that influence and do what He wants us to do. This Esther and the King Bible lesson for older preschoolers looks at this story and teaches that I can trust God to give me courage to do what He asks me to do.
