David Was a Shepherd Boy

Before David slew Goliath and eventually became the King of Israel, he was an unknown shepherd boy. But it was in the sheep fields that David learned to trust God, worship God, and understand that God is a powerful God who loves His people. These activities will encourage kids to think about the time when David was tending sheep in the fields and help children see that they can learn to trust God's love and power just like David did.
