Bible Verses for Preschoolers

It’s never really too early to begin helping children learn God’s Word. Even preschoolers can begin to appreciate, honor, and respect the Bible as the Word of God. That’s why we’ve compiled a list of 80 Bible verses for preschoolers that reflect and grow out of the preschool curriculum we call God’s Unfolding Story for Older Preschoolers. Whether you’re using this curriculum or not, these verses have been selected because of their strategic place in the biblical story. These Bible verses for preschoolers will underscore important biblical concepts that preschoolers can begin to understand and hide in their young hearts.

Bible Verses for Preschoolers

Not all of these Bible verses for preschoolers are complete verses and many are phrases or adaptations. Many have been excerpted from the larger verse in order to make them shorter and easier to grasp for a preschooler. We have, however, provided the Scripture reference in case you’d like to look up the verse and address it in its entirety or in a different translation. Keep in mind that you know your kids best. Some of these verses/phrases are longer while others are shorter. Use your discretion and knowledge of each child to know if a verse/phrase is appropriate for their level of learning.

We hope you find these Bible verses for preschoolers helpful. If you wish to make a suggestion for additional verses, please simply contact us and leave a message. You may also like to know that we have a number of other Bible verse lists for different occasions that you might like to check out.
