Get Well Soon With Butterflies

This little craft works great as a Get Well Soon card. If you are focusing on someone in particular in church or perhaps an acquaintance who has not been feeling well, this craft creates a great opportunity for children to reach out with a warm greeting. You’ll need paper, bandaids, crayons (or markers) and gauze or tissue. Allow your students to get creative and really make this craft their own by adding trees, animals or any other little details they like.

Jesus Heals the Broken Heart

Although healing is often focused on the physical, let’s not forget that Jesus can also heal the hurts that no one can see. When our hearts are hurting, Jesus can heal that, too. Guide students in creating a heart shape out of their bandaids.
