Moses is one of the most important characters in the entire Bible. Kids need to know about Moses and how God worked in his life. Moses was divinely protected by God as a baby and later called by God to lead His people from slavery to Egypt. Moses’ confrontation with the Pharaoh and leadership of the Hebrew people in the Exodus and wilderness is dramatic stuff, but it can underscore for children that God desires to use anyone who will trust Him and obey Him.

- God Protected Baby Moses – Pharaoh wanted to kill the baby Hebrew boys, but God had a plan for Moses to actually be raised in Pharaoh’s household. Related activities can be found here.

- God Led His People – God had shown His power to Pharaoh, but His miracles were not over. God parted the Red Sea so His people could escape the pursuing Pharaoh. Related activities can be found here.
